There have been very many updates on the travel regulations and restrictions due to the global COVID 19 pandemic. We encourage all our travelers to take heart for this too shall pass.

Effective from the 3rd July 2021 until 31 July 2021, the Ugandan government has introduced the following guidelines regarding clearance of tourists and other residents returning to Uganda:

  • Airlines shall carry only travelers with approved and authorized visas or valid resident facility (entry/work permits, passes or certificate of residence).
  • All travelers holding ordinary passports from Countries whose citizens are required to have visas to enter Uganda will be required to apply for visas online prior to travel at www.visas.immigration.go.ug and will receive an approved notification which they must print and travel with as travel authorization.
  • The following countries are visa exempt ;

  2. Antigua and Barbuda
  3. Bahamas
  4. Barbados
  5. Belize
  6. Burundi
  7. Comoros
  8. Cuba
  9. Cyprus
  10. Eritrea
  11. Fiji
  12. Gambia
  13. Ghana
  14. Grenada
  15. Ireland
  16. Jamaica
  17. Kenya
  18. Lesotho
  19. Libya
  20. Madagascar
  21. Malawi
  22. Malaysia
  23. Malta
  24. Mauritius
  25. Rwanda
  26. Seychelles
  27. Sierra Leone
  28. Singapore
